The course is intended to develop proficiency and to integrate students’ French language skills as a second foreign language. Practical French course comprises survey of theoretical and practical materials, including grammar and lexical tasks. The students are required to be actively involved in conversations and discussions in pairs and in groups on different subject areas. Students are asked to do several lexical and grammatical tasks and express ideas in composition on a given topic. Evaluation of reading and understanding skills by using methods of text analysis, as well as by answering questions.
