The study course provides information on material and process quality management systems widely used in industrial companies. Interpretation of the requirements of the standard LVS EN ISO 9001: 2017, good laboratory practice and good manufacturing practice is provided. An insight into the Lean principles and the Six Sigma methodology for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes is provided. Consideration of material quality conformity assessment - testing, inspection, auditing. Students gain knowledge of the principles of cleaner production, the standard of environmental management system ISO 14001 and EMAS.
