The study course covers key aspects of integrated talent management and development: talent management as a process of employee development and integration, organizational values and culture, inclusive work culture and diversity management, design thinking, employer branding, employment life cycle, personality development and career development, performance management, work environment and employee well-being and stress management, work environment impact on process and resources management, and more.
Students learn to use a variety of methods and tools to evaluate employee engagement and satisfaction, to accomplish performance measurement, and effectively use data analytics to make decisions, plan resources, and manage staff performance in order to achieve organizational goals.
