The study course provides an in-depth understanding of the frameworks, principles, and practices that define how corporations are directed and controlled. The study course examines the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders, including boards of directors, executives, shareholders, and other key participants in corporate governance. Students will explore the legal, ethical, and economic dimensions of corporate governance and learn about the mechanisms and structures that promote accountability, transparency, and ethical behaviour in corporations.
