Technologies and analysis methods are constantly being improved and new ones are emerging, providing more comprehensive information about the sample. However, the need for clear principles for data acquisition, analysis, and critical evaluation remains unchanged. The user/customer must critically evaluate the information provided and pay attention to sample collection, storage, preparation. The knowledge and skills acquired in this study course will be applicable in solving engineering-related issues, gathering information from several methods, and drawing full-fledged conclusions based on interdependencies in the microstructure, structure, and chemical structure of materials.
