The student acquires knowledge about the acquisition of various materials, as well as about the structure and properties of materials. The study course creates an in-depth understanding of material identification, analysis, and testing, as well as the processing and evaluation of experimental data. The study work is focused on practical knowledge of materials research. The student learns to identify the chemical structure of materials by spectroscopic methods, to analyse the morphological structure by microscopic methods, as well as to study the dielectric, optical, thermal, mechanical, rheological, and diffuse properties of materials.
