Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(English)(1),24/25-P
The study course deals with the phenomenon of NMR and its application in determining the structures of chemical substances. Widely used types of spectra are considered - one-dimensional (1H, 13C, 19F, 31P), two-dimensional (HH, HX) spectra, quadrupolar nuclear spectra, their acquisition aspects, and application to molecular and material (polymer, bio- and silicate) structure properties determination. It is possible to get acquainted with a modern NMR spectrometer and software for spectrum acquisition/processing.
