Based on the study course, students acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills about ship construction, classification and architecture, peculiarities of different types of ships; the construction and operating principles and operational rules of ship equipment and systems; on the evaluation of the strength of the ship's hull and its individual structures under different operating conditions.
Part-time extramural studies are organized according to an individually prepared study plan.
