A course on sustainable construction and architectural principles considers the emergence of the concept of sustainability and the elements; case studies in sustainable construction, as well as the strategies of different sustainability-enhancing element installation projects. The course gives an insight into the concept of sustainability, regulations, as well as the latest trends. In order to successfully incorporate sustainable elements of the project, the study course gives an insight into the BIM design system, as well as gives basic knowledge for to become a LEED "Green Associate".
