Financial technology product design, management and development strategies(English)(1),24/25-P

The course develops competencies required for the design, management, and development of financial technology (FinTech) products. Throughout the course, students will learn strategies for FinTech product development, product lifecycle management, and market fit evaluation. Participants will create expansion strategies, crafting plans for introducing FinTech products to new geographic markets, and will master technical scalability principles to ensure high product performance. Students will make decisions on the most suitable strategies by practically developing prototypes of their own FinTech products—such as apps or websites—testing them, and creating plans for their launch in diverse markets. Additionally, students will practice using no-code, low-code, and artificial intelligence tools to create user-centric FinTech products.
