The progress in the research work and the achieved results are discussed at the lectures, practical classes and individual consultations with the teachers and scientific advisor. The quality of the regularly analyzed scientific research is evaluated. At the final stage of the research work the Doctoral Thesis is elaborated, whish is submitted to the Promotional Council to be defended in compliance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
