The student acquires knowledge about materials and material processing technologies. As part of the study course, the student will develop the ability to choose technologies for obtaining metal, polymer and composite materials, inorganic and nanomaterials, describe processing methods and evaluate their application to the production and operation requirements of the specific product. In the study course, the student learns to understand the regularities between the structure, operational properties, and application of various materials.
