The study course covers the principles of computer processor, memory and other components organization and the basics of programming in the assembly language. Upon successful completion of the study course, students will be able to create simple programs in the assembly language, use this knowledge to work with computer components. The course covers basics of programming in the assembly language, interrupt handling, work with computer components - timer, keyboard, video adapter. An essential part of the course consists of performing practical tasks in which students apply acquired knowledge and acquire skills to use programming and debugging tools in the assembly language.
