Within the framework of the study course it is planned to acquaint students with the theoretical foundations of soft structure. Special attention will be paid to the object of research of the soft material, i.e. for the characterization and research of colloidal systems, polymeric materials and biological objects.
The study course pays great attention to the general characteristics of soft materials, regularities between different groups of soft materials, as well as soft research methods. It is intended to acquaint students with macromolecular systems, dispersed systems, foams, emulsions, liquid crystals, proteins, DNA, micelles, and thin films, as well as methods of obtaining and processing such soft systems.
