The course begins with a discussion of human resource management systems and their evaluation as well as human resource planning. Other topics include job analysis and descriptions, employee recruitment, selection and training, performance evaluation and developing employee relations and communications. Compensation management, labor legislation and union issues are discussed closer to the end of the course.
