The course begins with a discussion of basic concepts: financial statements and financial ratios, time value of money, valuation of stocks and bonds. Portfolio risk and return and capital asset pricing model are also introduced. During the course participants learn also the cost of capital principles. Capital budgeting, leasing analysis and working capital management are introduced, too.
