Process management systems, the need for their implementation and their realization through team awareness are analyzed.
Process, product quality planning, management, control, improvement through design opportunities are considered. Students analyze the role of collaboration, new contacts, process planning and information exchange on the quality of the end product. They get acquainted with the methods of brainstorming, work group management, models of successful information circulation, product distribution and development channels, practical work in groups, individual and critical analysis of variants.
