The study course provides an introduction to the basics of computer science. The emphasis is not only on learning the theoretical basis, but also on learning the tools and languages used in the industry and their application, as well as on acquiring practical skills. The study course covers the following topics: variables, data types, expressions, functions, control mechanisms, data structures and algorithms. Theory on data storage and databases, networking, security is provided. Programming languages include Python and Javascript. HTML and CSS will also be used.
