Corporate Information Management(English)(1),23/24-R
Course examines the nature of corporate information strategy in the environment of emerging technologies. There have been two major innovations in computing during the past quarter century: the development of smaller, less expensive and more powerful computers and the networking of computers, especially via the Internet. Corporate information strategy in this environment presents a challenge not only to corporate planners, but also to many line managers and staff analysts, who will have to align their work practices with the requirements of information technology.
