The study course of study gives an in-depth understanding of biotechnological processes and apparatus in the context of the production of products from industrial and scientific research using biotechnological equipment such as bioreactors, mixingreactors and other apparatus. The student obtains knowledge of the growth kinetics conditions of the micro-organism cultivation process, the description of the different types of processes in the form of mathematical equations, the structure of laboratory and pilot scale bioreactors and the conditions for their mass exchange, the conditions of process control of bioreactors. Study work focuses on learning knowledge in the classroom and at a distance, using lecture materials, preparing assignments and Internet resources.
