The study course is intended to educate students about the structure and bonding of transition metal complexes, ligands and bonding types. During the study course students are introduced with fundamental organometallic reactions and mechanisms. Applications of organotransition metal chemistry in organic synthesis are presented. Examples of organometallic reactions and processes are based on the most recent publications and reviews.
