The study course focuses on the design / technologies project management process by familiarizing with well-known business models as well as actual design/technologies project management practice. The study course covers general information about entrepreneurship of the design industry, types of entrepreneurship, company foundation. Models of business activities and plan will be reviewed, business legislation and financial aspects provided. The study course covers the basics of marketing, branding and human resource management. Part of the course will focus on protection of intellectual property and work and time study.
