This course provides an analysis of the major environmental and internal factors, which affect the operation of an enterprise in an international setting. A variety of environmental factors: political, economical, legal and social influences on international business are discussed. Specific topics covered are: alternative forms of government, political problems facing business, economic systems, regional markets, economic regulations, legal systems, and cultural factors which affect business operations.
