The study course introduces the students to the basics of advanced mathematics: elements of set theory, logic, and algebra. The main attention is focused on the elements of calculus – evaluating limits and differential calculus. Students learn the basic principles and applications of differentiation. This knowledge can be used for analysis and comparison of processes in different areas, as well as for approximate evaluations.
