In the study course students are introduced to the essence of personnel management, to the formation and maintenance of the employer's image, to the development of personnel management strategy and policy, personnel management functions: staff recruitment and selection, performance management, remuneration, training and development of key performance measures, global human resource management and human resource management in small businesses, with staff diversity, equity and inclusion. Students learn to evaluate and solve various situations related to personnel management. Students practically learn the methods of personnel selection, the principles of creating a reward system, personnel development methods and measurements of personnel management processes.
