This science-driven course demystifies business transformation by introducing the Transforming Wellbeing Theory (TWT) that explains the essentials of global transformations, Typology of Change (TC) that clarifies the variety of changes and provides ways to consciously separate them, Transforming Framework (TF) that contains 8 applicable tools for businesses to use immediately, and Transforming Sociotech Design (TSD) that bends technological innovations with human nature to empower sustainable changes at scale.
