The main goal of the study course Total Quality Management is to get students familiar with quality management concepts, to understand variety of different approaches to organizing for quality management and technology, to understand and utilize variety of techniques for effective problem diagnosis and problem solving, to understand principles of organizational excellence and to acquire basic skills in application of all the above to different engineering and service organizations.
