Personnel Management is a study course designed to help students to understand personnel management processes and to develop practical skills in company personnel management. The main topics of the study course are: effective personnel management, personnel planning, recruitment, selection, induction, professional stress, training and development, performance appraisal. Practical assignments of the study course are performed inside and outside classes, individually and in small groups of students. Student's progress in the study course is assessed throughout the study course with practical assignments, revision tests and written exam.
