This course includes an assessment of environmental problems in the various economic (e.g. industrial, agricultural, etc.) sectors, as well as gives an insight into the historical development of environmental science and various research tools and techniques. The course includes consideration of various environmental problems - air pollution, water pollution, hazardous materials, noise, waste etc., as well as solutions of these problems. At the same time the course includes assessment of the environmental problems associated with anthropological aspects and evaluation of human health and environmental interaction.
