Study graduation test implies elaboration of Master Thesis with specific civil engineering research. Before defense it is evaluated by reviewers authorized by head of department. The Master Thesis public defense is evaluated by State Examination Commission appointed by RTU Rector. External experts such as Civil Engineering professional associations and industry representatives also participate in the evaluation procedure.
