Human resource economics is the subject, the purpose of which is to provide advanced information on labour social-economical issues, and to help students acquire knowledge and skills that are necessary for economic evaluation of human resource management and for decision making about solutions of human resources’ economical return, labour productivity and organization’s competitiveness enhancement.
