The course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the nature of processes, process types, classification systems, planning and control, develops the ability to select and use process improvement methods. The course consists of three thematic modules: planning function and its use in enterprise management, control function and its use in process management, methods for development and improvement of the company's activity.
