During the course students will get the knowledge of the key HRM functions and develop competency in managerial knowledge. This involves learning facts, concepts, theories, as well as relevant legislation and includes gaining an understanding of the fundamental activities in managing human resources. Throughout the course students enhance collaboration and diagnostic skills by participating in a group project involving researching and integrating information on a particular HR topic and identifying implications for practice.
